To promote disciplined risk management, our smart drawdown system works as follows: Initial Limit: The starting drawdown is set at -10% of your initial account balance. Drawdown Update: Once you reach a +5% profit, your maximum drawdown is fixed to a level equal to 5% below your balance at that moment (the +5% trigger). Fixed Level: After adjustment, the drawdown remains locked at that dollar amount, regardless of further gains. Scaled Accounts: If your account scales up, the fixed drawdown is recalculated as 5% below the new base balance at the time scaling is approved (excluding accumulated profits).
