How is Smart Drawdown recalculated after I receive a payout?

Smart Drawdownis applied exclusively for Instant Funding accounts.
After a payout, your maximum drawdown threshold recalculates based on your remaining account balance relative to your initial account size.

General Rule

• Standard Reset: If your remaining balance is at or below +5% of your initial account size:

  • Your drawdown floor resets to -10% of your initial account size.

  • The threshold shifts to a tighter -5% drawdown once your account equity reaches +5% above your initial account size.

  • Once triggered at that +5% equity milestone, your drawdown floor permanently locks at -5% below that peak equity level.

• High-Balance Exception: If your post-payout balance remains above +5% of your initial account size, the system skips the -10% reset and immediately locks your drawdown floor at -5% of your remaining balance.
