What is the Free Trial and how does it work?
Our Free Trial gives you a $100,000 simulated account to trade for 7 days. You need to reach a 5% profit target while staying within the drawdown limits (5% daily, 10% total). It is completely free, with no payment or credit card required. Choose Bybit or Cleo, then trade using live market data.
What are the rules and objectives for the Free Trial?
Profit Target: Reach 5% profit on your simulated account.
Duration: 7 days from the moment your account is connected.
Daily Drawdown: Maximum 5% loss per day.
Total Drawdown: Maximum 10% total loss.
Minimum Trading Days: At least 2 days of active trading.
Platform: Bybit demo account or Cleo.
Is the Free Trial really free? Are there any hidden costs?
Yes, it's 100% free! No payment required, no credit card needed, no hidden fees whatsoever. You only pay if you decide to upgrade to a paid challenge after successfully completing your Free Trial. The virtual capital is for practice only, so you're not risking any real money.
What happens if I successfully complete the Free Trial?
Congratulations! You'll receive a 20% discount on any paid challenge. You'll also get priority support, access to our exclusive trading community, and additional educational resources. Many successful Free Trial users go on to become funded traders on simulated funded accounts.
Can I restart the Free Trial if I fail?
Absolutely! We believe in giving traders multiple chances to prove their skills. If you don't succeed on your first attempt, you can start a new Free Trial immediately. However, you can only have one active Free Trial at a time. Use each attempt to learn and improve your strategy.
Which trading platforms can I use for the Free Trial?
You can take the Free Trial on Bybit or Cleo. On Bybit you trade a Bybit demo account that you connect to Mubite with API keys. On Cleo, Mubite creates the simulated account for you, and Cleo uses Binance market data. The trial rules are the same on both platforms.
How do I connect my trading account to start?
Choose Bybit or Cleo when you start the Free Trial. On Cleo there is nothing to connect: Mubite creates your simulated account. On Bybit, create an API key on your Bybit demo account with Read-Write permissions, then enter the key and secret when prompted. Read-Only keys are rejected. Your 7-day trial starts as soon as the account is connected.
What happens if I break the drawdown rules?
If you exceed the daily drawdown (5%) or total drawdown (10%) limits, your Free Trial will automatically be marked as failed. Don't worry though - you can start a fresh Free Trial right away! We track all your progress and provide analytics so you can learn from your mistakes and improve your risk management.
