Do free challenge accounts have payout limits?
Yes. Challenges received at no cost, whether through a giveaway, promotion, competition, influencer campaign, or as the bonus account in a BOGO (1+1) offer; operate under promotional conditions. The maximum total payout from such an account is 5% of the account size.
The limit
Free $10,000 challenge → maximum total withdrawals: $500
Free $25,000 challenge → maximum total withdrawals: $1,250
Free $50,000 challenge → maximum total withdrawals: $2,500
Free $100,000 challenge → maximum total withdrawals: $5,000
The 5% figure is the total combined amount you can withdraw across the entire lifetime of the account — not a per-payout limit. Once you reach it, the account may be closed or restricted from further withdrawals.
BOGO (1+1) challenges
In a 1+1 offer you receive two accounts: the one you paid for, and a bonus account provided free of charge. They are treated differently.
Paid account: full payout rights. No promotional cap. Standard payout rules apply.
Bonus account: capped at 5% of the account size, as above.
Example: you buy a $50,000 challenge under a 1+1 offer and receive a second $50,000 challenge free. The purchased account has no promotional cap. The bonus account has a lifetime withdrawal limit of $2,500.
Additional conditions on the bonus account:
It is tied to your original order. If that order is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the bonus account is closed and any pending payout on it is cancelled.
Why this rule exists
Promotional accounts are provided free of charge as a way to try the platform and demonstrate your trading. The cap keeps that opportunity open to as many traders as possible while keeping full payouts tied to accounts that were paid for.
