How do I request a payout and how long does it take?

How to request: Log in to your trader dashboard and submit a payout request. Make sure all open positions are closed before submitting. KYC verification is completed automatically before you are able to request a withdrawal.

Payment methods: We support three withdrawal options:

• Crypto — USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20)

• Bank transfer — available worldwide with no restrictions

• Mubite Points — convert your payout into Mubite Points for use within the platform

Minimum payout amount: $50.

Processing time: Approved payouts are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours after your request is submitted.
